Stephen Prosser, Owner

For over 13 years, Stephen has had the pleasure and privilage of doing what he loves! – solving customer’s automotive issues at Proserve Automotive. His business continues to grow from referrals of happy customers and with the assistance of the Proserve team. Stephen is always ahead of the curve, implementing new technologies, maintenance programs, and the highest level of customer service. Stephen works on the premise that an informed customer can make the best decision about his or her vehicle so Stephen takes great pains to ensure that his customers understand the challenges with their vehicles and the options to fix and maintain them. Meeting the challenges of the ever-changing automotive field coupled with his strong customer service focus and love of people, have enabled Stephen to offer you the best one-stop automotive shop in the city!

Nate, Service Advisor/Customer Care Professional

Nate brings a multitude of skills to Proserve Automotive. His many years of experience in the car rental business, his ability to problem-solve and his natural customer service abilities, have been key in always ensuring that customers’ needs are promptly met. His Ministerial Diploma and his activities with youth groups throughout the city are a testament to his strong people focus. Nate continues to be an invaluable member of the team at Proserve Automotive.

George, Technician

George’s 10+ years experience, his attention to detail and ability to multi-task and problem solve are a very important part of Proserve. When George leaves work, he travels home to his garage and continues to work on cars in his spare time. One of the many staff at Proserve with their motorcycle license, George has been instrumental in allowing us to expand into motorcycle maintenance and repair. George is always up for a challenge and he is an important part of Proserve’s used parts expansion plans.

Johnny Charger, Technician Assistant

John’s love for Dukes of Hazard and his own Charger, featured in many of the Proserve pics, gave Proserve the opportunity to have John at the shop on a part-time basis. Forever an entrepreneur, John has been a very valuable part-time staff member to assist Stephen with projects and other responsibilities when he can.

Talycia

A Nelson High School Student, Talycia has a talent and love for autoshop. Talycia works on various shop projects, clean up and assists our Techs with automotive maintenance and tires.
