About Us

WHO WE ARE

Proserve Automotive was first established in Burlington, ON in 1996. Stephen Prosser’s interest and training in the aviation field prior to this, translated into a career that blended his technical training and attention to detail with his love for the automobile industry. His dad Roy, spent over 35 years at Ford in Oakville, and Stephen spent many days helping his dad as a child. Stephen’s experience as a Service Advisor for car dealerships in Toronto, Burlington and Hamilton blended with his automobile training and experience and culminated into a one-stop centre for automotive service and repairs at Proserve Automotive.

Today, he continues to offer his customers and their friends and family with the best service at the best prices in the city. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys touring around on his motorcycle, playing the saxophone and spending time with his four (soon to be five) boys.

Lastly and most importantly you will find me and all of my team committed to providing you with support for a worry free and hassle free driving experience.

GREEN INITIATIVE

Now that Spring is here, ProServe would like to unveil its exciting, new green initiative. We are working hard to convert the shop to a Green Business and do our small part for the future of the planet.

Did you know that ProServe recycles used automotive fluids, metals, glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, ink cartridges, auto parts, and all container materials to divert waste from landfills? We are currently in preparations for a green business audit to find more ways to minimize our impact on the environment and bring you eco-driving tips that can help you save money and the environment while driving.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

I am also really proud to sponsor the Halton Region Environmental Youth Awards again this year, and enjoyed meeting Jay Ingram of Discovery Channel’s Daily Planet on April 23, 2009 in Burlington at the awards breakfast.
